One of the most beautiful aspects of the Classical Pilates system (originally named Contrology) is that it was designed to be entirely adaptable. It is not a rigid fitness trend where you have to alter your body to fit the workout; rather, the workout is adjusted to meet your body exactly where it is today.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid overly baggy clothes, as instructors need to clearly see your alignment and form to give you proper adjustments. Please ensure your clothing is free of zippers, buttons, or metal snaps, as these can tear the leather upholstery on our custom reformers. Grip socks are required.

Joseph Pilates famously said, "In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you'll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you'll have a whole new body." For optimal results, we recommend consistency. Training 2 to 3 times per week—whether through a mix of group classes and privates—is the sweet spot for building lasting strength, improving posture, and changing movement habits.
